Inspired by the stories of the Mabinogion (Welsh mythology), sacred prehistoric sites, vast landscapes and rugged coastlines — this journey guides you home, to yourself.

This is not about being led. This is about walking together. A shared, collective experience with like-minded women — where connection, reflection and co-creation reveal the blueprint of who you are and what you're here to bring.

We will be living, creating and sharing experiences in a beautiful home near the Newport beaches and the Preseli Mountains.

DAY ONE
THE THRESHOLD
Ffynone Waterfall
We begin with a symbolic initiation: a fresh (yes — cold!) immersion at the Ffynone waterfall, marking our crossing into the magic of ancient Wales. A ritual of letting go and stepping in.

DAY TWO
THE ANCESTORS
Ty Canol Woods & Pentre Ifan
Walking through 800-year-old oaks in Ty Canol Woods, where nature still speaks its original language. From there, we journey to Pentre Ifan — a powerful Neolithic burial chamber standing for over 5,000 years.

THE MOUNTAIN
Carn Ingli · Preseli Mountains
Ascending to the summit of Carn Ingli, where some say angels still whisper. A day of introspection, reflection and expanded perspective — in the Preseli Mountains, the source of Stonehenge's bluestones.

Pembrokeshire Coast Path
An embodied walk along the legendary Pembrokeshire Coast Path. A journey of stretching — physically and inwardly — towards a lighthouse, where we set out our vision for the legacy we are here to create.

This Heroine’s Journey

This Heroine’s Journey is a deeply transformational experience inspired by my own personal path through the magical landscapes of Wales. It weaves together insights from my corporate and professional life  as well as deep personal processes.

This is a journey in which you will be guided, supported, and held, while being offered the tools and space to discover and pave your own unique path forward.

I am honoured to offer this experience in collaboration with Sonia Sophia, a storyteller and wisdom keeper whose work is rooted in ancient traditions while creating pathways for deeper heart-centred connection in the present day. Based in Pembrokeshire, the land she calls home, Sonia honours ancestral wisdom while listening deeply to the natural world and the more-than-human realms, allowing new energetic pathways to emerge in service of this time and place.

Her work brings women together to recognise, honour, and embody the gifts they carry. Sonia Sophia’s offerings include sound healing, shamanic dreamwork, and transformational healing spaces that support reconnection, insight, and inner alignment.
