Inspired by the stories of the Mabinogion (Welsh mythology), sacred prehistoric sites, vast landscapes and rugged coastlines — this journey guides you home, to yourself.

This is not about being led. This is about walking together. A shared, collective experience with like-minded women — where connection, reflection and co-creation reveal the blueprint of who you are and what you're here to bring.

We will be living, creating and sharing experiences in a beautiful home near the Newport beaches and the Preseli Mountains.

DAY ONE
THE THRESHOLD
Ffynone Waterfall
We begin with a symbolic initiation: a fresh (yes — cold!) immersion at the Ffynone waterfall, marking our crossing into the magic of ancient Wales. A ritual of letting go and stepping in.

DAY TWO
THE ANCESTORS
Ty Canol Woods & Pentre Ifan
Walking through 800-year-old oaks in Ty Canol Woods, where nature still speaks its original language. From there, we journey to Pentre Ifan — a powerful Neolithic burial chamber standing for over 5,000 years.

DAY THREE
THE MOUNTAIN
Carn Ingli · Preseli Mountains
Ascending to the summit of Carn Ingli, where some say angels still whisper. A day of introspection, reflection and expanded perspective — in the Preseli Mountains, the source of Stonehenge's bluestones.

DAY FOUR
THE VISION
Pembrokeshire Coast Path
An embodied walk along the legendary Pembrokeshire Coast Path. A journey of stretching — physically and inwardly — towards a lighthouse, where we set out our vision for the legacy we are here to create.

Although we tailor the experience, to fully participate you need to be in good mental and physical health — ready to walk a few miles a day and happy for a light climb up Carn Ingli. Note that anyone in general condition can do this (if I can… you can!). If unsure — give us a call.
